Return & Exchange

We want you to love your Wave Aura Swim pieces. If something isn’t quite right or your item doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to offer store credit on eligible items.

As a small-batch brand focused on reducing waste and overproduction, we currently do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

We offer store credit only for eligible returns. We do not offer direct exchanges, as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once your return is received. All approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used to purchase any available size or style online.

Eligible Returns

  • Bikini tops may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Swimwear bottoms, including bikini bottoms and one-piece swimsuits, due to hygiene reasons
  • Sale items marked as final sale

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at waveauraswim@gmail.com with your order number. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and shipping address.

We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before purchasing. If you have any sizing questions, feel free to contact us. We’re always happy to help!

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at waveauraswim@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it or change the shipping address.

Defective Items

Every Wave Aura Swim piece is carefully inspected before being shipped. However, if you receive an item with a defect or damage, we sincerely apologize.

Please contact us at waveauraswim@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps for an exchange or replacement if applicable.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at waveauraswim@gmail.com and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

Sold Out Items

We do our best to keep our inventory updated at all times. However, due to the limited nature of our small-batch collections, an item may occasionally become unavailable during order processing.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and issue a refund to your original payment method for the unavailable item.
