Orders

Each Wave Aura Swim piece is carefully prepared with attention to detail. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible at waveauraswim@gmail.com with your order number. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order is in processing.

Shipping

At this time, Wave Aura Swim ships exclusively within Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and pack your order.

Shipping/Transit Time: Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 2-4 business days.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Store Credit

We want you to feel confident in every Wave Aura Swim piece. If your item is not quite right, we offer returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery in the form of store credit only.

As a small-batch brand focused on mindful production, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Please email waveauraswim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds are not offered. All approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be used toward any available item online.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Fit & Product

We recommend reviewing our size guide before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the most comfortable and flattering fit.

Salt, chlorine, sunscreen, and machine washing or drying can all contribute to natural wear and fading over time. To extend the life of your swimwear, we recommend hand washing gently in cold water with a gentle soap after each wear and hanging to dry in the shade.

They perform just like traditional swimwear fabrics in the water. The difference comes at the end of the garment's life. When disposed of in landfill conditions, the fibers are designed to be consumed by naturally occurring microorganisms, allowing them to decompose significantly faster than conventional synthetic fabrics, which can persist for decades.
